1. MG Cylinder Coating & Grinding
For MG cylinders, we provide two exceptional coating options:- HAR Coating:
This coating is specifically formulated to solve surface corrosion and erosion caused by moisture and abrasion. After applying HAR coating, you will notice a significant improvement in the finish, improving the glaze on your paper while improving heat transfer.
- Metashine Coating:
Similar to HAR, metashine coating also protects against corrosion and erosion. It leaves a better glaze on the paper, ensuring a high-quality output that meets industry standards.
2. Dryer Cylinder Coating
Our dryer cylinders benefit from two outstanding coating solutions:- Chrome Coating:
We apply high chrome steel or stainless steel to dryer cylinders, which often experience erosion from starch and chemicals adhering to their surfaces. Our chrome coating protects the cylinder and provides a finished surface that improves the glaze on the paper. For optimal results, this coating is applied after the size press.
- TC + Teflon Coating:

3. Boiler Tube Coating

This method yields a coating with less than 8% porosity, ensuring superior adhesion of up to 5000 psi. With a hardness range of 55-60 HRC, this durable coating can build up to 500 μm, making it a good choice. Furthermore, its fast application minimises downtime, improving operational efficiency.
- HVOF Spray:
This cutting-edge technique boasts low porosity (less than 1%) and superior adhesion (up to 10,000 psi). Achieving higher hardness (65-70 HRC), it guarantees a smooth surface and a uniform coating structure, free from cracks.
